Ingredients
  • Bonabo gluten-free Bread flour mix – 500g
  • Salt – 5g
  • Fresh yeast – 15g vagy powder yeast – 10g (fresh yeast is recommended)
  • Sugar – 1tk
  • Olive oil – 1ek
  • Lukewarm water – 400ml
Recipe
  1. Dissolve the fresh yeast in lukewarm water with sugar, mix the powdered yeast with flour mix.
  2. Add salt, oil and water and mix well.
  3. Then pour the dough into a kneaded and greased tin, cover it with foil or a damp cloth and leave it to rest in a warm place until it doubles in size.
  4. Then bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50 minutes. Place a heatproof dish filled with water in the bottom of the oven to ensure the right humidity during baking.
