Ingredients
- Bonabo gluten-free Bread flour mix – 500g
- Salt – 5g
- Fresh yeast – 15g vagy powder yeast – 10g (fresh yeast is recommended)
- Sugar – 1tk
- Olive oil – 1ek
- Lukewarm water – 400ml
Recipe
- Dissolve the fresh yeast in lukewarm water with sugar, mix the powdered yeast with flour mix.
- Add salt, oil and water and mix well.
- Then pour the dough into a kneaded and greased tin, cover it with foil or a damp cloth and leave it to rest in a warm place until it doubles in size.
- Then bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50 minutes. Place a heatproof dish filled with water in the bottom of the oven to ensure the right humidity during baking.
