Ingredients
  • Bonabo Gluten-free Bread flour mix – 450g
  • Gluten-free yeast powder – 7g (2 tsp)
  • Medium egg – 2
  • Sunflower oil – 6 tbsp
  • White wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Milk or water (21ºC – 28ºC) – 345 ml
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Sugar– 2 tbsp
Recipe
  1. Mix the flour mix and yeast in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs, oil, vinegar and 325 ml milk or water in a large jug and pour into the pan of the bread maker.
  3. Add the salt and sugar.
  4. Place the pan in the bread maker, select the bread baking program. Open the lid and press the start button.
  5. Continuously add the flour and yeast mixture, one tablespoon at a time while the mixing paddle mixes the egg mixture.
