Ingredients
- Bonabo Gluten-free Bread flour mix – 450g
- Gluten-free yeast powder – 7g (2 tsp)
- Medium egg – 2
- Sunflower oil – 6 tbsp
- White wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp
- Milk or water (21ºC – 28ºC) – 345 ml
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Sugar– 2 tbsp
Recipe
- Mix the flour mix and yeast in a bowl and set aside.
- Beat the eggs, oil, vinegar and 325 ml milk or water in a large jug and pour into the pan of the bread maker.
- Add the salt and sugar.
- Place the pan in the bread maker, select the bread baking program. Open the lid and press the start button.
- Continuously add the flour and yeast mixture, one tablespoon at a time while the mixing paddle mixes the egg mixture.
